Quantia Scottland-Vining is a Partner and Attorney at Vining Law. She represents clients in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters throughout Connecticut.

Quantia works directly with clients throughout their cases and manages matters from initial investigation through resolution. She is involved in case development, client communication, negotiations, litigation strategy, and the day-to-day decisions necessary to keep cases moving.

Her practice includes representing injured clients in motor vehicle collisions, premises liability matters, workers’ compensation claims, and other personal injury cases.

Originally from Leesburg, Virginia, Quantia earned her undergraduate degree from Virginia State University and her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and Washington, D.C.
