Beatriz Moran-Torres is the Managing Attorney at Vining Law and brings more than 20 years of personal injury experience to the firm.

Throughout her career, Beatriz has worked directly with injured clients through every stage of the claims process. Her experience gives her a practical understanding of what it takes to develop a personal injury claim, communicate effectively with insurance companies, and keep a case moving toward resolution.

At Vining Law, Beatriz oversees the day-to-day management of active cases and works closely with clients, attorneys, and the firm’s legal staff. She is involved in case development, client communication, medical documentation, settlement preparation, and the many details that must come together before a claim can be successfully resolved.

Beatriz is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and works directly with Spanish-speaking clients throughout their cases. She is able to explain the legal process, answer questions, and communicate important developments without requiring clients to rely on a translator.
