Adrienne Minniefield is an Attorney at Vining Law with a role focused heavily on firm operations, new-client intake, and business development.

Adrienne works closely with the firm’s attorneys and staff on the systems and processes that support the day-to-day operation of the practice. She is involved in client intake, internal operations, relationship development, and helping ensure prospective clients are connected with the appropriate members of the legal team.

Her background in operations and organizational leadership brings a practical perspective to the firm. Before practicing law, Adrienne spent years working in operations and leadership roles, experience that now supports her work at Vining Law.

Adrienne also assists with personal injury matters and works with the firm’s legal team as cases move through the claims and litigation process.

Adrienne earned her Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law and is admitted to practice in Connecticut.
